Cancellation Policy

All cancellations require a 48-hour notice for a full refund. If a cancellation occurs after the 48-hour timeframe, you will receive 50% of your refund. All Parties require a 50% deposit at the time of the booking. The remainder must be paid 24 hours prior to your party. To cancel within 48 hours please contact the STAC office.
